ACCUSTOP® - Inline Positioning System and Length Stop
The Accustop® is a powerful low price Linear Feed System or Length Stop controlled by the Accustop® NC Controller.
This robust product provides a simple way of eliminating marking out and its associated errors in one move thereby improving productivity and accuracy as well as cutting scrap waste.
Track lengths start at 3000mm and can be supplied in 1000mm advances to 9000mm. Special lengths over this can be supplied on request.
The modular approach also makes transportation and installation easy as well as allowing upgrades in length at a later date.
Solidly manufactured supports are adjustable in height from 940 to 1150mm and may be securely fixed to the floor to ensure absolute stability.
Each track section at 1680mm in length supports six steel rollers within a closed surface minimising material "sag" and preventing entrapment, or the option of using four raised section rollers and a rear stop bar.
Control electronics are housed in a solid steel console mounted on the track or a nearby structure.
A sealed numeric keypad gives simple and easy access to all system functions including selection for Imperial or Metric measurements.
The Numeric Control caters for absolute and incremental measurement entry or a mix of both.
